I had an issue with a web order, confusing the shipping address and the billing address. The customer service representatvie (Lucy?) quickly resolved my issue in a professional, congenial manner. I received my mini plate holder and it was just what I wanted. The delivery was the fastest that I have ever had. I already have it hanging on my wall with the mini plates. It looks great. Thank you for your speed and accuracy.

What great service and wonderful prices! I was a little worried because I was ordering several items to give as a birthday gift and didn't have extra time if something went wrong. This was my first order with Cherrylane. I received my package on the date shown. I received an e-mail saying when it went out and with tracking information so that there was no stress in wondering about when I would receive it. The items came in perfect shape. I am very pleased with the wonderful service. I will order from Cherrylane again! Thanks!
