I've been a Cherrylane customer for many years now and have always received the best service and fast delivery of my purchases. Every purchase has arrived in perfect condition. My most recent purchase arrived yesterday and a smile was brought to my face when I opened the box and saw a heart-shaped sticker that said, "Packed with Love". I have always known Cherrylane does pack with love, but the sticker was a lovely addition! Thanx Leslie Ann and everyone at Cherrylane for doing such wonderful work and conveying exemplary customer service with each and every purchase.

CherryLane Keepsakes- My uncle (my mother's beloved baby brother) sent my mother the red purse and matching jacket of San Remo- Isabella's Journey. She loved the jacket and the purse. Recently she passed away and I buried her in the red jacket. She looked beautiful. My uncle of 83 years was so pleased with my decision. He was not able to attend the funeral but he does remember the jacket and purse. I kept the purse as a reminder to my children and grandchildren - The remembrance of Mamaw. Recently, I had a yearning for the jacket, so here I am on your web page. I found the jacket and ordered it. It was the last one. I guess God knew I needed it. Hi Leslie Ann,
I made my first purchase recently for some Willow Trees for Christmas gifts. The Girls that I bought for were so happy with their gifts!
I was totally pleased with communication, delivery, packaging, and overall purchase.

I ordered the Three Kings for my son's grandmother and it arrived while we were visiting for Christmas. We buy her a different piece(s) every year and she is thrilled. The packaging by Cherry Lane is wonderful too. I like the tissue paper with the sticker " Packed with Love" on it. I will order next year's Nativity piece from Cherry Lane!

Received my order and in time for Christmas!
When I opened the box there was a piece of well placed tissue with reindeers and a lovely heart sticker saying "Packed with LOVE". This is what keeps me coming back! Your customer service is wonderful.
I don't know how large your company is, but the warmth and customer service makes me feel as if I'm a special customer and any/all contacts have been so positive....rare to find in this day and age!

I received my order in a very timely manner and was very pleased with the item. However, I felt the shipping fee was excessive for an item weighing .02ounces. That would be the only thing to keep me from ordering again.
Perhaps you could adjust the shipping costs according to the weight of the product.
The item was of very good quality.
