This limited warranty will be activated by filling out a warranty form and submitting it to Beijo. Should you discover a manufacturing defect on your bag during the warranty period, you will be asked to send the warranty form & defective merchandise, along with dated proof of purchase, your contact information, and a brief explanation of the defect to our Customer Service Department.
